Submit an obituary for publication with the Prineville Review, a publication of Western Media Group. Complete the form below to provide information about your loved one, upload optional photographs, and review the publication cost before submitting payment.

Obituary publication starts at $40, which includes up to 1,000 words. Additional words are $0.05 each, with an optional primary photograph for $10 and additional photographs for $5 each.

All submissions are subject to editorial review and our Obituary Submission Agreement. Publication fees are nonrefundable, except when a submission is rejected before its initial publication.

By submitting an obituary to the Prineville Review, published by Western Media Group, the submitter represents and warrants that they are authorized to submit the obituary for publication, whether as a representative of the deceased’s estate, an authorized funeral home representative, or another individual possessing the necessary legal authority or consent. The submitter further represents that the information provided is accurate to the best of their knowledge and that they possess the necessary rights and permissions to submit all photographs, written materials, and other content for publication.
