OWWSA has refused to provide any means of remote attendance claiming it is not reasonable as none of its voters have ever requested remote attendance.  Several items on the agenda are not specific and likely do not comply with the requirements under ORS 192.640 and instructions from the Oregon Attorney General’s Public Records & Meetings Manual.
